Petřín Hill

On Sunday, we spent the day at Petřín Hill. We took the tram to Újezd (oooh-yez) street in Malá  Strana. From Újezd, we took the funicular to the top of the hill. At Újezd, we observed a moving memorial commemorating the victims of communism in former Czechoslovakia.

At Petřín, we strolled through rose gardens, admired some well-preserved cathedrals, and took in some wonderful views of Prague. It was a fun day, and we’re excited to return.
